How to Cook
Simply replace regular noodles with our plant based Diabetar alternative and follow the below instructions. You may notice a faint odour initially, which is from the water in the pack. This disappearsafter rinsing. Following the preparation instructions.
Drain away the water from the pack. Rinse 2-3 times under cold water.
Heat in an open pan for 2-3 minutes or in a microwave for 1 minute or stir-fry.
Add to your favorite sauce, stir-fry, soup or salad.
