- Avacado oil 2 tbsp
- Maple syrup 2 tbsp
- Rice vinegar 2 tbsp

- Lime juice – 1 lime
- Paprika – 2tsp

- Peppers orange 1/2 diced
- Sweetcorn 30g
- Red chillies ½ diced
- Pinto beans 30g
- Baby plum tomatoes 6 (1/4 rd)
- Avacado 1 small cubed
- Red onion 1/2 diced
- Corriander 6 stalks – chopped
